PRIME CUTS SPECIAL RELEASE

Each year, since 1996, we attend the Sydney Royal Easter Show in search for the very best in Australian Beef.

From May 16 – May 24, you will have the opportunity to sample the best tasting Steers from this years Show, as judged by the Royal Australian Agricultural Society. All of which were purchased live at auction.

This years purchase:
LOT#903, 470Kg Limousin Steer – middleweight class. Accolades include 2nd place in its weight category + Gold Medal Winner and Reserve Champion for carcase, resulting in 91/100 on the MSA Meat Standards Australia Grade.
